We’ve all partied through many a New Years Eve, and one thing we all agree on is this – real vibes are created when friends come together, especially in the city we love. This is a full Glaswegian line up straight across the board, seeing the coming together of some of Glasgow’s most dedicated party starters in SWG3.
Walk n Skank
Every Thursday from 20th September at The Berkeley Suite, Glasgow.
+ regular local & international guests£3 before midnight / £5 after
The Scotch Bonnet Records crew invite you to “Walk n Skank” every Thursday night, as Scotland’s only weekly reggae & dancehall session descends upon the casual surroundings of The Berkeley Suite basement.
You’ll see a solid flow of quality guests pass through the session over the next few months, but for the first one we’re keeping it strickly residents – expect nothing but rough & tough selection from local stalwarts Mungo’s Hi Fi & Chungo-Bungo, with Campeazi hosting all night long – and perhaps a sneaky secret guest appearance…
The first 50 tickets from the SB Shop for this event are completely free on a first come first served basis – don’t miss!
Adv – First 50 FREE from the SB Shop - http://bit.ly/OrVOq7
Strictly 2 per customer, any order for more than 2 will be cancelled.
OTD – £3 before midnight, £5 after.
£2.50 – Red Stripe, Rum, Gin, Vodka & Whiskey

Scotch Bonnet presents
Soom T (Renegade Masters, Jahtari, Scotch Bonnet)
Mungo’s Hi Fi Soundsystem
Fri 22nd June 2012
Tickets: £6 adv. from the Scotch Bonnet Shop / £8 on the door.
“The Scotch Bonnet session descends on Nelson Mandela Place once again, with
Glasgow’s very own microphone mistress Soom T reporting for duty. Residents
Mungo’s Hi Fi & Chungo-Bungo will be providing rough & tough selections all night
Soom T’s soulful singing and politically charged mic chat have scored her
innumerable hits – including many killers on our Scotch Bonnet imprint, her long time
collaborating partners Jahtari and now on her own Renegade Masters label. Her
fiercely independent approach has shunned the music industry machine in favour of
proper soundsystem sessions which have taken her to every corner of the world.
A best buddy of ours since longtime, we wanted to properly celebrate her return
to Glasgow – don’t miss out on the banter and your last chance to hear the rig in
Scotland before the summer.”
